or else u cant even try my tasty and yummy cookies during the whole CNY,XDD

I've lost 1 kg during CNY
is that impossible??
haha,
somehow,i did nt eat lot of junk food during CNY
and did not drink those sugarly and starchy drink~
Yeos drink contain 5tspoon of sugar which can cause u to gain weight
Next,the question they've asked is : hw do u lose weight in a short period of time?
1st,I've lost 5kg during these 2 months

erm,Im not doing any exercise,
because exercise could make my muscle stronger n grow evennnnn bigger n largerrrrrr
I've tried bfor yo!
So Exercise is not work for me :P
1st thing to lost weight: Dont Eat lots of STARCHY FOOD!!
starchy food gives us daily energy which is equal to carbohydrates
next,dont eat much of Protein,protein can grow ur cell faster which will cause u to gain weight!
and dont eat any protein food after exercise!
and dont eat any protein food after exercise!
or If u want to make ur muscle grow bigger eat lots of protein(for guy)
girl i suggest if u want to lost weight jus eat vegetarian's food
Im not fully vegetarian,but i eat meat less...Mostly eat vege only for my meal...
vege are divided to many type also
some Vege are starchy such as Potato,sweet CORN(I like this ),Carrot also,banana(fruit)
these starchy vege is equal to carbohydrate,
so If i want to eat those food i Will jus leave the rice alone,haha
which mean that Im not eating any rice if I eat corn.
eat potato(french fries/wedges/mashed potato) instead of eating white rice
So choose ur favourite food to eat!
Slimming process is to burn ur fatty layer but nt ur muscle tissue
so bcareful while u want to keep fit......
for the last two years which Im on school holiday
i eat an apple for every meal n i have lost 8kg
btw,that was not the right way
sumtime im jus having HL milk+ coco crunch or cornflakes
(that was not good for health which cause im having gastric problem)
okay, i love to eat wedges (shooooo tasty n yummy ><)
so how????
use OVEN!!!! oven bake is the best way!!
thats not oily! dont thought its not crispy!! bake in 180 degree with 25 minutes!its crsispy n tasty!
okay,stop here,im not a dietician anyway
these are some advice from my own experience
Next,yesterday I went to meet some Secondary school's friends n having heart attack party
we were doing potluck party which mean everyone who attend the party should bring a type of food to the party :))
Im doing sandwich
I dont knw whether is it tasty??? haha
there are lots of food : fried meehoon,fried wedges, fried wantan,fried fishball n nugget,sandwich,salad, n we order DOMINO PIZZA~~~
actually we were celebrating that one of our fren jus come bec from ITALY
who is an exchange student for 2 months or longer
so We held this partyyyyy

Lastly,i think i would like to enroll to University on april/may
Nutrition and marketing would be my current choice
